Aspire Realtors: The Story

Our journey started in the year 2011. As on today, we have successfully handed over around 250 residential units to their respective owners. With footprints all over North East India, we have carved a name for us when it comes to commercial projects.

We also undertake plot development activities all across North East India.Our projects include Chaygaon Industrial Park, Changsari, Lokhra, Bijoynagar etc. Apart from that we have developed multiple locations across Guwahati for Amrit-Leela Buidcon Pvt. Ltd.

Lease and Rentals
We have more than 230 showrooms across entire North East India leased/rented out to various brands. From large retail outlets like Big Bazar, Pantaloons, Reliance Trends, Brand Factory etc, we have also developed outlets of Nexa, KFC, Dominos, Metro Shoes etc. This includes 1.33 lakh sq. ft. warehouse to Future Group, 30,000 sq ft fo Reliance Retail, 80,000 sq.ft. to MRF.
